Church used to be about finding a place where they believed like you did, then joining up. Or it was about being convicted by a set of ideas and connecting with the church that introduced you to those ideas.

But today we live in a post-modern age with ideas bombarding us from every direction 24/7/365. It’s tough to make sense of it all, to the point that sometimes it is a challenge to make sense of ourselves.

We need somewhere to be grounded. A safe place from which to engage the world.

We need people. Others who care who we are and will walk with us as we face what the world brings our way.

We need to belong.
